Every project is different, and varies based on type - however the typical informational website can take up to 3-4 weeks to complete once your website prep has been completed, unless stated otherwise.

Unfortunately, no. Mary prides herself in great strategy and design - writing isn’t her strong suite. She will help guide and suggest what to put on a page, if you feel good about doing the copy yourself. Also, there are some great copywriters you can be referred to. We’re here to make sure you’re set up to win!

Great questions!
I'm in office Monday-Thursday 10am CST-5pm CST. (CST = Central Standard Time, I'm located in Austin Texas, USA). It can take up to 48 business hours to hear back from me, although sometimes it may be much quicker or I have stated otherwise (we're in design mode and I need a few days to get the task done or we're messaging back and forth rather quickly to get things done). Since I work with clients all over the world, I occasionally extend my office hours so we can meet at a time that's convenient for both of us. Don't be discouraged about our distance - I love supporting everyone in sharing their magic, globally!
We'll discuss my availability and our project timeline on our call or via email when we decide to move forward as we also want to take into consideration your dream launch date, if you have one. I don't want your website to take months/years to launch when with the right support we can get you sharing your magic much sooner!
My preferred choice of communication is via email so that we stay better organized. It's also great to have things in writing so I can easily reference your design notes/ideas/thoughts.
As we are in the design stage of our project I will be sending updates via email and through Loom (recorded screen share) videos you can view and can comment directly with your feedback if you wish to do so. If you prefer to meet and chat through a Zoom video meeting or over the phone throughout our design process we can do so based on my open schedule availability.

You will have to purchase a domain (Average yearly cost $10-15) + a yearly subscription with Squarespace (Price varies, and we can discuss the right plan for you). Also, a business email is suggested with Google Suite with plans starting at $6 per month.

Of-course. I love to keep things tech-friendly and simple. Once your website is launched I will provide training videos for how-to-use and make changes on your website.

Yes, you can add on SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to your website package. I will take great care in ensuring you are set up with the best keywords and introduce your business to Google so that your dream clients can easily find you online!
